• Issue about Connect Dash Cam WiFi- Sometimes when linking dash cam WiFi w/your phone it will always link unsuccessfully. Firstly turn on WiFi function on your dual dash cam. Secondly open the WLAN of your phone. Turn off the auto join button of the network linked by your phone before. Then find dash cam WiFi and link it. Finally open the app ‘Viidure’ and if it keeps showing a black loading screen, your phone disconnected car camera's WiFi link halfway through, need to re-link dash camera wifi.
• Rear Dashboard Camera Installation Issues- Before installing rear camera, please test it before. When you insert rear camera to dash cam front, does it display rear view on screen of front dash cam. You can switch display of front and rear view by long press UP button. If it doesn't display please check if each connector is plugged in place. If you don't need the reversing assist line, you don't need to connect rear camera's red wire to your car's reversing lights, just wrap the red wire.
